friendly staffgreat place
the breakfast was AMAZING!!! they had friendly staff serving beautiful breakfasts. the library was great, i loved the honesty bar. plus, there were amazing cocktails at the bar!!!
the hotel isn't exactly on the 'avenue' as the name suggests, instead it's on a side street.

good breakfastrude staffno insulation
the breakfast was very good there. they were very happy to please you with anything extra.
I rarely post negative reviews, but at this accommodation the service were bad. the front desk staffs, especially one of the female which checked us in, was rude. the rooms have no insulation. I could hear every single rain drops.

the location was good. the breakfast had a large selection of food. the fresh fruit and scrambled eggs were available buffet style. eggs were cooked to order.
my room was tiny. the bathroom was also very small. there were two little stumps instead of proper places to hang towels and my toiletry bag.
